You can order your transcript online when you complete your university application (www.ouac.on.ca). A processing fee may be charged as part of your university application. If your high school is not included in this online service, contact the high school directly to arrange for your official transcript to be sent directly to your university choices. Please ask the high school to indicate your OUAC Reference Number on your transcript.

Applying for scholarships, awards or bursaries and/or require a transcript?

Contact the guidance department of the last high school attended if you require a transcript when applying for scholarships, awards or bursaries. Please provide your request via email and a transcript will be mailed to you.
