Grade 11 & 12 students who signed up to be retreat leaders for the Grade 9 mini retreats this semester. Shout out to you for your willingness to welcome our Grade 9 students and spend some time with them. There is a mandatory training meeting today on Grade 11/12 lunch in the chapel. If you didn’t get a chance to sign up at Club Fest you are welcome to sign up at the meeting. Arrive promptly at the beginning o  Grade 11 & 12 lunch and feel free to bring your lunch.  Attention Grade 11 and 12 Students – If you are interested in joining a Specialist High Skills Major program, SHSM, come to the Mandatory Registration Meeting tomorrow in the Lecture Hall at Senior Lunch. 

Attention grade 12s! Senior sunrise has been scheduled for Thursday, October 1^st. Meet by the portables at 6:45am. Cost is $2 and includes hot chocolate and timbits. Proceeds go to pennies from heaven! 

Any students who ordered spirit wear through Breakaway can pick up their orders at the student council office on Tuesdays and Thursdays at lunch. Please have your order number ready when picking up. Email Ms Ristov with any questions. 

Ticket sales for this year’s homecoming dance will begin tomorrow on school cash online. The event will run from 6-9pm on Thursday, October 8th and the cost is $7. If you intend to bring a guest from another school, please pick up a guest permission form from the main office TODAY. Guest tickets will be sold starting Thursday at the back of the caf on all 3 lunches, but permission forms MUST be completed before purchase. 

 Attention Music students! Students interested in joining Band are invited to attend a brief mandatory meeting after school at 3:10pm on Thursday, October 1^st in the Music Room, Room 1154 with Mrs. Cola. Sign-up information is posted outside of the Music room. Please sign up before the meeting. See you there! 

ATTENTION Singers! The last day Vocal Ensemble is accepting new members is TODAY, Tuesday, Sept. 29^th. We will rehearse in the lecture hall from 3-4:30. Please see Ms. O’Neill or Ms. McFadden for more information. 

 Attention Grade 11 students! Are you interested in signing up for Visual Art SHSM? Bring your completed enrollment form to Student Services as soon as possible and then see Ms. Benoit to get your permission form for the first SHSM workshop. Our first workshop will be a stained glass and mosaic workshop on October 16th. So get your SHSM enrollment form in ASAP so you don’t miss out! 

 Students wishing to purchase a wristband for the “Buy-In” on Thursday must do so on school cash on line before midnight on Wednesday. You can pick up your wristband NO EARLIER than THURSDAY on your LUNCH from the female phys ed office.
