Calling all writers! Enter the Kiwanis Club Youth Writers’ Contest for a chance to win cash prizes for your short fiction, with up to $750 available to students in Grades 4-12 from Brantford, Brant County, and Six Nations. Entries are due by midnight on October 26 and winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony at the Brantford Public Library on November 21. Entry details can be found in the library. 

 Attentions anyone interested in the France, Italy, Monaco Trip for March break 2028. There will be an information meeting this Tomorrow at SJC at 7:00pm. There are only 11 spots left. 

 The 180 Team is having their first meeting tomorrow in the chapel on lunch times in the chapel. If you didn’t get a chance to sign up at Club Fest you are welcome to join at the meeting. Come at the beginning of your scheduled lunchtime and bring your lunch and your friends with you. That’s tomorrow in the chapel on the 2^nd floor.

Do you sing? Act? Dance? Would you like to be a part of our school musical in the spring? ACS presents Mean Girls! Auditions will take place on Wednesday, October 7^th after school in the drama room! The 1^st General STEM meeting of the year is tomorrow, Thursday in the lecture hall.  Come on your lunch. 

Attention Gr 12s.  Colleges and Universities will start visiting our school as of today!  Please sign up for only FOUR.  To sign up, please see the bulletin board just outside of student services.  There is a separate QR code for each school visiting.  

The homecoming dance is fast approaching on October 8^th from 6-9pm. Ticket sales will begin on school cash online on September 30th. Permission forms for outside guests can be picked up in the main office and must be completed before purchasing your guest a ticket. A reminder that only one guest is allowed per ACS student and they must be enrolled in high school to attend.
